The goal of a strategic planning project is to think big and define implementation and project phases in more detail. Common Voyage includes strategic discovery as part of every implementation and support project, however, we also offer this service as its own engagement. Some clients come to us for this type of work specifically, and sometimes we recommend it to clients based on their project requirements. Below are a few examples of cases in which clients have opted for discovery projects separate from an implementation:

Common Voyage offers support services on a flexible, on-demand basis. We tailor our support projects just like we do the rest of our projects: to fit our clients’ needs perfectly. We typically recommend support in between or after more structured phases of development. This type of service is common in the following situations:

- After a more formal implementation phase

- Throughout the year for general maintenance

- For more complicated and technical needs that arise more infrequently
