Cat Monaghan and Katie McFadden, two nonprofit Salesforce veterans, founded Common Voyage to focus on their special blend of truth-telling, creative technical solutions and commitment to community collaboration. Common Voyage builds technology solutions to empower nonprofit organizations to achieve their missions.
Katie found her way to consulting after four years as a Program Manager and Salesforce System Administrator with a student exchange nonprofit. She is deeply committed to community grown solutions as an active member of the Power of Us HUB online community and Salesforce MVP Program. She holds three Salesforce certifications and has led global nonprofit training days (NPSP Days) around the world in cities such as D.C., San Francisco, Cape Town, Amsterdam and London. Katie has led and personally performed dozens of NPSP implementations and data migrations for nonprofits, and considers herself an automation designer helping nonprofits translate human processes to scalable technology patterns.
